Dual Contained Piping Systems

Snosko’s Dual Containment Piping System can be configured to suit chemical dosing manifolds. The inner line conveys chemicals, and the outer line acts as a double containment barrier. Our Dual Contained Piping Systems allow for easy disassembly ensuring maintenance and operator inspection is stress free.

These products are covered by Australian Complete Patent Application Number 2022901672 owned by Snosko. They are:

  • Can be completely disassembled, allowing for maintenance and operator inspection
  • Designed with flexible tubing, which accommodates for differential thermal expansion caused by sun exposure and/or hot process mediums
  • Clear and transparent, allowing for straightforward visual leak inspection
  • UV resistant, ensuring the material remains clear and transparent over its design life
  • Designed so that the secondary containment layer is one continuous chamber (only one leak detection point is required per manifold)
  • Available with leak detection sensors for critical applications
  • Able to be integrated with Snosko Chemical Injection and Dosing Cabinets and Snosko Dual Walled Tanks to ensure that the process line is dual contained at all points
