Chemical Injection and
Dosing Panels

Snosko’s Chemical Injection and Dosing Panels are available in a range of configurations and are ideal for dual containing pressurised chemical dosing applications.

Our Chemical Injection and Dosing Panels can be supplied as an empty box or as a bespoke turnkey chemical dosing/injection package. They can be mounted standalone, on an elevated frame, on a tank wall, or on an IBC bund.

Product features

  • Can be customized to suit specific pumps
  • Designed to position pumps out of the drain sump, which reduces the risk of the pump/s being exposed to chemical discharge
  • Can be adjusted for flow rates, chemical resistance, temperature, and pump quantity
  • By utilising the compact DICE dosing module, the cabinets have a small footprint making them ideal for tight spaces
  • Can be supplied with a range of flowmeters, gauges, or leak detection sensors for critical applications
  • Can be coupled with Snosko’s Dual Walled Piping System, thereby ensuring the process line is dual contained at all points

Operational specifications

  • Operating pressures of up to 10bar
  • All cabinets enclosed with sliding doors
  • Integrated sump and drain for containing leaks
  • Lockable doors ensure controlled access
  • All dosing systems are designed to accommodate flooded suction and/or suction lift
  • Manufactured as per DVS guidelines (German code for plastics welding)

Material specifications

  • All wetted components to be thermoplastic
  • Piping components and seals to be selected as per chemical requirements

Chemical applications

  • Sodium hypochlorite (bleach)
  • Hydrochloric acid
  • Sodium hydroxide (caustic)
  • Sulfuric acid
  • Oxygen scavengers (such as sodium metabisulphite)
  • Citric acid
  • Coagulants (such as poly-aluminium chloride)
  • Fluorosilicic acid
  • Water

Relevant standards for installation [Need Image Update]

  • AS3780 – The storage and handling of corrosive substances
  • AS/NZS3000 – Wiring rules
